Under or Over Occupancy
If you are over or under occupying your rented home and looking to move, give us a call. We do keep waiting lists and infrequently are able to nominate to our own properties, although usually the Council has the rights to do this. Priority will be granted where there is harm being caused by inappropriate housing and better use of our stock can be made by relocating.

Mutual Exchange
Grainger Trust has signed up to a Mutual Exchange service that all of our residents can use free of charge. This is houseexchange.org.uk – state Grainger Trust is your landlord when you register.
Council Register
Another option for renters is to re-register on the Council’s housing list with your new requirements but this will be subject to the same bidding and priority system as when first applying for a Grainger Trust home.
