We invest in, develop and operate rental homes across the UK
As of 30 September 2024, we have a total of 11,069 homes in our portfolio, with average rent collection at 98% and an average customer retention approaching 3 years in our PRS portfolio. We have significant growth plans with a £1.4bn investment pipeline that will deliver a further 4,730 private rental homes.
We are a fully integrated business, with a team of in-house experts in development, investment and operations, focused on (i) originating, planning and developing high-quality assets; (ii) investing in well-located and attractive properties; and (iii) operating and managing the properties for customers.
There is a significant market opportunity to meet the growing demand for renting in the UK, which faces a severe undersupply of housing.
