We continue to build a resilient, high quality income stream. Occupancy remains high, rental income continues to grow along with our portfolio, and like-for-like rental growth continues in line with expectations, underpinned by wage inflation.

As the UKs leading residential Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), we have a substantial and growing portfolio of homes, with consistently strong rent collection and high levels of customer retention across our BTR offering. Our ambitious growth strategy is underpinned by a significant investment pipeline, set to deliver thousands more high-quality rental homes.
As a fully integrated business, our in-house team of experts spans development, investment and operations. We focus on identifying, planning and delivering exceptional assets; investing in well-located, desirable properties; and providing outstanding management and service for our residents.
The UK rental market presents a compelling opportunity, driven by increasing demand and a chronic shortage of housing supply. We are well positioned to help meet this need through the continued expansion of our BTR portfolio.
