We publish our gender pay data on a Group Consolidated basis and set out our gender pay data for both Grainger Employees Limited, which comprises Grainger’s office-based employees including Executive Directors and on-site managers, and GIP Limited, the entity that employs our operational and lettings associates based on-site.
We are delighted that we have further improved our Gender Pay Gap. At a senior level, female representation has increased to 42%, which combined with the overall reduction in our gender pay gap, fills us with great confidence that the actions we have taken are working, they are making a difference, and they are delivering tangible improvements for our female colleagues.
There is still more to do, and we remain focused on driving continuous improvement in this area. Within Grainger, 56% of our colleagues are female and we are committed to developing and retaining our female talent. This year, we launched our Career Development Framework, which provides colleagues with a pathway to personal development and career progression. Initiatives such as this are vital in helping us grow our talent from within, but also in ensuring we continue to attract new talent to Grainger.
