Our strong pipeline
We are developing thousands of new rental homes across the country, representing more than £2bn of investment into the UK housing market.
In 2019 we delivered over 1,000 homes in Bristol, Aldershot, Sheffield and Manchester, and we are planning to do the same again in 2020 with new properties in London, Milton Keynes and Manchester. And each year thereafter we will continue to open new buildings across the country.
Using our expert team of researchers, we identify the locations across the country with the highest demand for renting and deploying our capital in those locations to provide new homes.
Our new homes are designed to the highest standards of safety, sustainability and comfort, with customer feedback used to inform building design.
Clusters in key cities
Our strategy focuses on building clusters and critical mass in our target key cities, creating economies of scale and enabling us to provide great service to our customers.
Our pipeline comprises different delivery methods. We work with other developers and contractors to forward fund schemes that meet our design criteria. We undertake direct development. And we work in partnership with other organisations, many public sector bodies, to bring forward sites for new housing.
