About Grainger Trust
We provide tenure blind affordable rented homes and affordable home ownership options, often integrated within wider Grainger PLC developments. It is our aim that Grainger Trust residents receive the same standard of service as any private renting Grainger customer, with additional support wherever required.
Our units are a mix of Affordable Rent, Discount Market Rent and Shared Ownership – all of our homes are new builds and we enforce the highest standards through our housebuilding contracts.
Our property management team are local and work with Local Authorities to house general needs and a small number of disabled households, for which we can adapt a home during the build process.

Please note that Shared Owners can only use this Out of Hours service whilst still within their defects period. Misuse of this number may result in recharges.

Repairs & Defects
Grainger Trust is committed to providing safe and secure homes in good repair. All of our homes are post-2013 construction and so meet all modern building regulations and often exceed them. We will do the best value option for repair rather than the cheapest but the process for defects (in new builds) and repairs does differ.
